An abstract artist based in Moldova. He studied art from the age of five. Very soon, his works were exhibited at various artistic performances in Moldova and abroad. The fall of the Soviet Union stopped Cristina’s creative ascension, and after graduating from the School of Fine Arts he had to work in the corporate world in order to stabilize himself. In her thirties, she became a prominent leader in the business community, and in her early forties she was appointed Moldova’s Ambassador to the United States.
In 2019, after a hiatus of nearly 20 years from painting, Cristina returned full-time to art, her abstract paintings quickly being noticed and appreciated by the public. Modern art magazines such as Diafano (Spain), Art Hole and Boomer (UK) featured his works. His paintings have been exhibited at art shows in Washington D.C., New York, and kyiv. Cristina’s works are currently presented by galleries in New York, Tokyo, Barcelona and Treviso.
